Restaurant

Our restaurants "Le Rustique" and "Le Mironton" provide a warm atmosphere, where Chef Hansruedi Berner will offer you authentic cuisine that is both local and gourmet. The platter of Valais dried meat served with rye bread, Raclettes cheese from the Granges sur Salvan and the homemade yoghurts at the breakfast buffet allow you to enjoy the flavours of the Vallée du Trient.

The menus available for half-board are well balanced, varied and of excellent quality, consisting of a starter followed by soup or salad, a main course and a dessert. Enjoy your meal in the peace and tranquillity of the Swiss mountains.

A carefully drawn up wine menu offers a choice of excellent Valais wines.
The restaurant is open to the public every evening.

Our menu changes with the seasons and each evening we will offer you a different four-course menu.

We are more than happy to welcome you at lunchtime - please book at the latest the evening before.

We also accept group orders for both individual dishes or for gourmet menus, including a wide range of delicious menus for business meals, school evenings, family parties, birthdays, weddings, etc.
